I will start a Thread here on Net54 once I add a few more pieces to my collection
I'm looking forward to reading this story as well.

Very nice cards, ZZ!

Thanks Shaun.

It's for sale, if you're interested. There are 4 in the PSA population report, and only one graded higher.

The 1955 All American Sports Club set has several sheets of strip-style cards. I wasn't aware that PSA slabbed them until relatively recently. There are key pre-RCs in some sports, including Bill Russell (though misidentified in the checklist and PSA has slabbed the wrong card as Russell). Here is an example of a sheet with basketball, boxing and football players:

That's a very nice one. I have a PSA Authentic Jackie 1952 Star Cal; I don't think that PSA has any number-graded of these when they include the envelope. didn't realize that BGS provides number grades for them...that one is very sharp too, much sharper than the one I have...

This was my first big card of my 1954 Topps set years ago so it means a lot to me. Not the best condition, but I like it all the same.

Great thread by the way, some really fantastic pieces shown.

I have had this card for over 40 years in my collection. I am finally starting to send some of my collection to PSA, SGC and Beckett. To say I am excited about the grade would be a huge understatement. I love looking at all these Robinson’s!!
