they wait 14 days after they deposit your check (which is a long time, IMO), before they send your items out.

for the record, i received my REA winnings the very next day, my check wasn't even written at that point...

Not to take away from the purpose of this thread but how do you guys/gals feel in general about the customer service you receive from Mastro Auctions as both/either a consignor and/or buyer?

I can't blame Mastro for waiting for checks to clear before sending out winnings. And their packaging is great. Seriously, it's like Christmas in May when the package came (assuming I could appreciate what Christmas in December is like).
