Anyone ever see one of these before? Value?

Have you Googled Jas Marsh Company?? It looks like a steam gauge where someone has cutout a picture of Wagner and put it in front of or where the gauge was supposed to be.

No way that font on that photo is more than two decades old.

Most likely, it's a "Frankenstein" piece, with an old gauge combined with a modern photo. Easy way for a questionable seller to make something worthless into something "valuable".

Pure fantasy, IMO.
