Ink
What it's signed on
Possibly the price if you are looking to buy
Who is selling the item
and
Lastly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY the flow and signature characteristics.

I'll also add on to the who is selling it - If on ebay, as this one is, what else does the seller have, and what else has he sold. Currently and in the past, he has sold some single singed very rare balls for pennies. That should tell you something.
