Default Cool Mays Piece

So it's not your average Mays autographed Perez Steele Post card. This has his thumb print. Does this add or hurt the piece? Love to hear some opinions.

JMO, but I think the thumbprint was an unintentional screw-up due to wet ink.

Could also be the print of the person he handed it to after signing it.

Default I think it's cool

First of this is better then that shitty jeter ball . Second I heard that if Willie mays got upset while signing that he would intentionally smear it. Others say his eyes sucked and he didn't know he was doing it . There is also the print on the end of the left boarder . I think it his print for all these reasons haha. I think he signed it , smeared it , then turned it to the side and slide it back to the person getting it signed.

upon further review of my prior post: all of the above, with a few extra thumb(print?)s up for your opening sentence.

You know you're a vintage Yankees collector when you see the title "Cool Mays Piece," and you immediately think "Carl Mays."
