though couldn't get a market price offer on the PSA 6 RC Aaron I had on net54.....so wanting and paying for are 2 different things

He didn't say for all cards. One specific card in a specific grade. All cards and one specific card are 2 different things.

I guess..but its just one grade down...people love geeen cobbs psa 4s., there probably still interest in psa 3s....

plus I haven't seen someone ask for a 1954 PSA 7 aaron on net54 like you see 1951 bowman mantles, 1933 ruth cobbs. etc...

its basically rare for a card that people start threads to WTB and will pay above market price where there is below market price interest a grade lower....I don't see that happening with the Green cobbs, ruths etc..... Not sure what the ratio is for WTB posts for the Ruth/Green/Mantle RC versus the Aaron but it may be 50-1....so its not like my thread is a broken record asking for the same card like everyone else.....expecially given the card one grade lower couldn't garner a good market price offer..unlike if you listed a 1951 bowman mantle or mays etc.

i ended up selling that psa 6 to a dealer..

I think all he meant is that we all want a 54 Aaron PSA 7. If he was referring to paying strong for one, he would have sent aren't we all.

Agreed. Good luck with your search. Although I must add if there was a WTB post on a Ruth rookie you may see a comment from me saying don't we all. Unfortunately I can't afford to pay strong for one and there doesn't seem to be a shortage of collectors who can and do.
