1952 Mantle in today's Wall Street Journal

Today's (Wednesday's) Wall Street Journal has an article on Mickey Mantle cards, particularly the 1952 Topps, in its sports section (on the back page of the Personal Journal section). It's also online, but behind a paywall, and I'm not sure how to provide a link that will work for non-subscribers. Saw this earlier today. Amazing for the whole baseball card hobby on a macro level, to get that kind of mainstream spotlight— and especially cool to see the article give love to all those other cards of The Mick alongside the '52 Topps.

I'm inclined to think you're probably right, although maybe a brief delay to the extent the WSJ article generates new players.
