Default Should I be Concerned About This Holder?

Being as though all but 3 of my cards are raw, I would like some opinions on this SGC slab. I received the card in the mail the other day and noticed sections of "frosting" around the entire case. The top has some slight damage but nothing that really looks like it was pryed into.
I find it hard to believe someone would tamper with a $30 obviously trimmed, authentic common (it is a Lionel Carter card) and would be more prone to believing it got whacked during shipping. The card looks legit to me.
Anyone seen this before? Should I be at all concerned?

Slab looks fine, that is the normal frosting from the press.

I thought the same thing when I first saw a SGC card like that. After seeing them for awhile and getting a few back like that from SGC on a submission I saw it was not tampering just the process. In other words I agree with Scott.

Thank you very much! Officially crossing off a Lionel Carter T206 from my want list.
