Default Can anyone help identify this Roberto Clemente Post Card?

Hi all,

I'm having trouble identifying this 1970's era Roberto Clemente post card. Does anyone know what this is?

Thanks in advance!
Travis

Looks like a Jim Rowe postcard based on George Brace photo. There is a good N54 thread on these.

That does look like the same issue. The Aaron photo looks like a very early photo though in comparison to the Clemente photo which looks to be later in his career. Any idea when these were issued? Also, I tried to search for the thread you mentioned but wasn't able to find it. Do you know where I should look?

Default Collection of 17 different Clemente images

Hi Kemdawg. I have a collection of 17 different Clemente postcards with 17 uncropped 8 x10's from where they came. I didn't remember the photographers name until reading this thread and the linked thread - I am sure they are the same - Jim Rowe origin. One of the 17 is the one you posted. All the best!

Howard
