Ed - thanks for posting that Summers. Didn't realize there were any Providence cards in the Red Cross set.

Derek-The cabinet is late-1888 or 1889, since it mentions the 1888 Championship.

it's certainly more of a "card" than the M101-2 Sporting News Supplements of Comiskey and Schalk that were shared this morning!

To me, the M101-2s are cool, but your W600 Tinker is awesome. I meant no implication from “card” other than it’s not technically a card (neither are the two) but I was calling that. I should have said, that W600 Tinker is awesome.

no worries, brother! Since Virgil "Ned" Garvin isn't likely to get much more love (Glenn, you'll have to explain why he's your avatar), I'll throw out another Type 3 W600. Any other Addie's out there?

Ah, c'mon. It just takes another 1928 Exhibit to move. And mines a PCL exhibit, which makes it a bit more cool, doesn't it?

True, but you may be able to lay claim to having the single greatest collection of Weathersby card(s). =)

I wish I could agree, however, there are three recorded sales of Tex on VCP of much nicer cards than mine. That puts me fourth.

Question about playing off a Zeenut, do we have to stay in the same year?

But you don't have to play a Zeenut, you can play the player. Here, I will make the decision that all year Zeenuts count the same.

Bancroft. Now it is easier for the next play.
