Great cards, guys!

I'm still irked that Santo wasn't elected to the Hall while he was alive. And I'm a Brewers fan.

Default Mantles

Came home to a box full of Mantles today. Thanks to Chris (pawpaw) for selling me the first two. I've been looking for the Exhibit Portrait for almost two years now, and it feels great to check that off my list.

That card is so much nicer than the technical grade of "3"! I hadn't seen that card until it showed up at the Goodwin Auction. Great grab!

Congrats Shaun on the Jackie pickup. You've almost hit the finish line. Do you crossover those SGC cards into PSA being hat your doing the registry set?

Thanks Matt. I am going to crossover the cards, both for registry purposes, and for consistency in the holders. Will probably cross over in the next month.

I'm hoping to finish the set in the next year or two.

Are you going to try to complete the Musial basic set?

Nice catch on the Perry RC!

Hey, Chuck...looks like we both added the same card to our collection this month, although yours is definitely nicer than mine. Mine has a couple stains on the back. I see yours was graded. As a point of reference, what was yours graded and what do you think mine would be graded at if I submitted it considering the stains?

Also picked up this '52 high number for my team set

Are you going to try to complete the Musial basic set?
I finished it and retired it, at 8.10 GPA. I still have most of the cards ( in my link below)but I didnt want to get caught up in the registry game anymore, so I retired my sets, and just collect now.
