Default The Astros are the best team in baseball!!

How about waking up on April Fool's Day morning and seeing the Houston Astros at the top of the heap!

Congrats to the Stros for proving their naysayers wrong, this team totally dominated the March regular season!

Scott, you must be so happy and proud!

I love baseball and I am so excited the season has started!!

I was pretty excited. They will probably lose 100 games this season, but at least they got their AL tenure off to a perfect start.

Preparing for public humiliation - just ordered one of their new hats.

The Astros are the Worst team in baseball!!

How quickly things change.

It's amazing that 'Opening Day' is just arriving in Seattle today, given all the baseball that's been played. The Mariners actually have a player with 5 home runs, all on the road.

I have tickets for all three games, starting tonight - rain predicted for all.

Default Now what?

Scott, that must have been some night for you!
Stros found out that once the bat actually strikes the ball, good things can happen!

I watched most of the game, kinda out of morbid curiousity...Typically I retune the TV if one team gets ahead by double digits ...

Looked for a Astros fan amongst the crowd shots on Root sports...saw one guy wearing the loud late 70's striped jersey. You?

I'll be watching the rubber game tonight ...go M's !!

I have tickets for the entire Astros series. Yes, last night was amazing - bombs flying out everywhere. We were on the first row in left-center, my favorite spot. Mid-way through the game, half of the record-setting low crowd (10K+) had already left, so some of the fans in the outfield were screaming and people by the dug-outs could hear them. Both outfielders were smiling and interacting with the fans (Jason Bay and Brandon Barnes).

Great time! I'll be out there again tonight.

I don't get it - the Mariners are doing well, their team is exciting, and for the SECOND home game of the season, you set a record attendance low? C'mon - that's just stupid

So, with all the cr^p in the autograph forum today, and me managing to ignore every last bit of it, you think you'll pull me out of hiding by talking trash against my Astros?

It's not going to happen - I absolutely refuse to post today!!!

...now, back to placing losing bids on tonight's Heritage auction...

The Astros third series victory of the season! One over the Mariners and last night over the struggling Los Angeles Angels .

If they win tonight they draw even with the Angels in the AL West cellar. What were the odds of that 35 games into the 2013 season?

I was hoping to be within spitting range of the Mariners by now, but the Angels will do.

I hate to say it but I'm a Detroit Tigers fan and today was embarrassing. I know baseball anything can happen, but we had our 5-0 pitcher out there, let up 7 runs and could only score 5! Hopefully the Tigers will be fine but man it's discouraging.

The saga continues - Houston is finally tied with Miami for last place in the ML's. I'm still dreaming we'll catch the Angels.
