Default Thoughts on this E90-1 Joe Jackson

Had this on my watch list. This listing shows sold on eBay which fetched just under 1k. Interesting that the winning bidder is no longer a user. I think this card was discussed before, but not sure what it was determined to be?

Is this card...

1. Printing error
2. Cut out from an uncut sheet
3. Folk Art (popular term used nowadays)
4. Fantasy piece
5. Item made to deceive
6. Somekind of promo item made in the period.
7. Other... Lets hear it

I haven't seen a ton of Jackson E90-1's but do have a dozen or so others. The border looks too fat to be real but I'm sure others who have seen more of them could answer better.

I'd go with #5 but I don't think that card is going to deceive anyone.

I'll go with #7....It's a piece of garbage.

I posted it as more of a joke when I saw it commenting on the huge borders. It appears to be cut out from something. I doubt the original intent was to deceive, although that appears to be the intent of this listing.
