Default Can you spot the error ?

The beautiful 1962 Topps Card Number 313 showing Roger Maris blasting his 61st has an error. Can anyone spot it ?

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

He hit #61 in Yankee Stadium, it looks like he is wearing a road uniform on the card.

In watching videos of the HR, the shadows were already out to the mound at the time Maris hit his 61st. In the series of pictures on this card, his shadow is still clearly visible which would be impossible if he was in the shade. Likely this series of pictures on this card are not from that day or were from earlier in the game. Something similar was recently posted about the pictures that appear on the 62 Killebrew IA card.

Good stuff! It also amazes me how many people still mistake Rogers 60th hr pic for his 61st. I see it all the time. Case in point..
