Default Book on History of Autograph Collecting

Im curious if there is a book that details the history of autograph collecting (baseball)?

I don’t know of any that are baseball only

For general autographs - the collector/dealer Charles Hamilton has a series of books that are fantastic

Sports Collectors Digest has a book called a guide to baseball autograph collecting. Has examples going back. Mine is published in the 90's. Probably not what you need, but you can look it up and check it out.
