Default Met some Mets on Saturday

I went to the White Plains, NY card show on Saturday and met some 1986 Mets (even though I am a Yankee fan). I usually go to this show to work on filling some raw post-war sets, work on my 1986 Mets auto baseball, and maybe find a pre-war card I need here or there. I also stopped by SGC to drop off a small sub. I got some pics of me and a couple 1986 Mets:

Doc Gooden

Rick Anderson

Ron Darling

Mookie Wilson

Dave Magadan

Howard Johnson

Thanks Eric! Yes Doc is still in great shape, although he was eating a couple card show hot dogs which I am not sure is advisable.

Hey Matt,

Depending on what you need the show can be pretty good. Most of the displayed pre-war and post-war are overpriced as you can imgaine, but some dealers can listen to reasonable offers, others can't. Way too many of them break out the SMR guide and get angered when you mention EBAY or VCP...but what can ya do? I will probably be at the next show in March, would love to meet up with a fellow Net54 member.

Rob
