A man is known by the company he keeps. There are now two negative reviews now on Yelp about Piedmont Sports. Frank and Ms. Attorney you would have been better off letting sleeping dogs lie. (Another Aesop? I don't think so, but you never know )

If anyone wants to ask Frank about his dealings he will be attending this Plaxico Burress signing event...maybe Frank can get some tips about jail when he is finally nailed for mail fraud. He rsvp'ed yes to this event according to one of his facebook accounts.

So I was given this in 2001 and have been donning this on my walls not ever even think it might be a forgery. What's everyone's opinion on this? The talk of the Jeter forgeries in this thread had me questioning my own.

Memory has been shot lately but if I recall Mark was a victim of Frank. Bought some stuff from him off ebay and Frank screwed him, kept his money, split the lot, and relisted the cards. I may be off but someone on the non-sports side might be able to answer better. I am not over there that often anymore.

Joshua,
That may have been the infamous Steve Schwartz you're thinking of that ripped off Mr. Finn (who is indeed much more active on the non-sports side of the boards). Lots of back-and-forth exchanges on the Non-Sports boards over that, but the only reference to Frank Prisco that I could find in the archives on the NS side is the one that Dan pointed out earlier. |
