Default 1967 Topps -Diamond cuts?

Is it my imagination - or does the 1967 set seem to suffer more from minor diamond or cross-cutting (uneven borders with tilt) in comparison to some of its other 1960's contemporaries? Even occasionally in high grade? These aren't my cards, but my cards are similar. Does this aspect of condition bother you?

I think it's the effect of the thick black stroke around the photo combined with the white borders that seems to emphasize any tilt to the card.

Slight diamond cuts are annoying; severe diamond cuts are fun

I found out a few years ago here on N54 that the line around the photo is called a neatline. That is, well, a neat name I think.

I agree and think that '53 bowman suffers from the same visual effect (and to a lesser extent '57 topps)
