Default Mystery Autographs - Help Needed for 10 - Likely circa 1995-2005 Actors or Musicians

Hello All,
Looking for some help on these ten signed index cards I am not able to identify. They are a little more modern that I usually deal with, and were part of a large lot of autographs, mostly actors who were popular and I estimate were obtained between about 1995 - 2005. There were a few musicians and models in the lot too, and most were household names. Any help is greatly appreciated

Updated with ID's below

1) Dean Cain (Thanks Steve)
2)?
3)?
4)?
5) Celine Dion (Thanks Packs)
6)?
7)?
8)?
9)?
10)?

Second batch top left looks like Celine Dion.

Second batch bottom right looks like it might be Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs.

First one at top-left is Dean Cain (played Superman in Lois and Clark).

I agree that the fifth one is Celine Dion.

Thanks "Packs" and Steve, I updated the list above in the first post. "Packs" I don't think the one is Mike Rowe but I will compare again tonight just to be sure.

Yeah I'm not confident on the Rowe. If it is it's a super rushed one.

There is a Facebook autograph group called RACC Real Autograph Collectors Club that could probably identify all of those for you pretty quickly.

You might give that a shot if you don't get them all identified here.

Since the music world is a possibility, could the one be Tommy Anthony from Santana?
