Default Help identifying a Ruth card?

Recently got these in a random auction. The group was listed as 1931 W626 Sun Pictures Photo Kits. After doing some research, I agree they are…..except for the Ruth.

They all have the black border and the back paper is similar to me indicating the same process the W626 used to make the cards themselves…..but the size is smaller and the image isn’t what is catalogued for Ruth for that issue. The name at the bottom isn’t similar to the W626’s either.

I could only find the Ruth image in 1 other issue, the 1943 Baseball Magazine Player Posters

So, anyone have an idea of what this is?

I think it is some form of W626 as you mentioned. This is a Ruth not seen as a developed card (yet). Variations don't surprise me too much.
