Default Can you slab non-sports CDVs and Cabinets?

I was wondering if SGC, PSA, etc, encapsulate the average CDV or cabinet? If you send them a CDV of a politician or some other figure, will they accept it?

I think SGC will, but I'm not sure.

I'm also not sure why you would unless it's part of a cabinet card set like Newsboy. A mylar holder, or a polypropylene sleeve and a toploader should be just fine. Don't mix mylar and toploaders, as the mylar is so smooth it gets stuck to the toploader and getting the card out is very difficult.

Wow that's nice. Autographs are I suppose a second reason to have a cabinet or cdv slabbed. Maybe if it's someone important but they're only identified by a handwritten note or an autograph as well.

We have a bunch of cabinets and cdvs. (Mostly my wifes, as she's interested in the dresses but I have a few hence the "we" ) And most are just in sleeves. A couple somewhat fragile large ones I have are in toploaders.
