Default Pricing Opinions Sought

I don't sell anything, as I am more of a trader. My question is, if I did put these two cards up for sale what do you think I could get for them?
They are both in really nice shape with no hidden flaws. (Ignore the rough areas of the scans. There's a little junk on the holders and I erased some gunk that appeared on the scanner outside of the cards.)

There are two ways to look at it:
1. If you were looking to buy either of these cards, what price range would you be willing to go to?
2. If you were a seller, what would be your firm Buy-It-Now price?

Choo Choo is a tough 1966 high number and Tom Terrific is a HOF'er.

I'm not looking for anything like, "Just post them in an auction and see what happens," or anything along those lines. I would like honest, non-binding opinions. Thank you!!

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.
