According to ebay completed sales you can get his auto for<$5.
They have a color photo with Cy inscription sold for $3.20

Is the frame in good condition, that might be worth something maybe.

Hahaha... thanks. I think it looks cool as a Redsox fan, so it will be on my mantel and I won't be selling, just curious.

Lonborg has had a successful post-baseball career as a dentist, so based on the inscription I'm guessing he signed this for a dental colleague of his. Wonder why it ended up in the trash??

Depending on the surface of the photo, you might be able to remove the inscription with a dry erase. I can't tell if it's a shiny surface or not from the picture.

Before he could enroll in Tufts Dental School he had to take some additional courses, possibly biology. He took them at my alma mater, UMass Boston. We would see him in the cafeteria with some of the other 'normal aged' students. That was actually standard there as the average undergrad student age was around 29. In one of my English lit classes there was a grandmother and granddaughter. The school literary magazine published one issue with an article on him and the front cover was a photo of him with the Red Sox. I did not think of keeping some copies as I was not a big collector back then. FYI - Lonborg retired from his practice in 2017.
