Default Old TV shows had memorable themes songs

Here are some of the most popular ones. How many can you name? (Give the page time to load)

My computer said it wanted me to add Windows Media Player, which I already have- so I don't know what was going on there (trying to say I didn't see anything but empty boxes with x's).....but anyhow I like this subject. I love some of the old T.V. show theme songs !!

In no particular order, these are some of my favorites:

Good Times
Barney Miller
Gilligans Island
The Jeffersons
All In The Family
The Partridge Family
Brady Bunch
MASH

Lots more, but I'm drawing a blank.

Sincerely, Clayton

Has anyone listen to the theme songs? I am using IE7 - they load and play fine. I only put 21 songs on the page, I have others. Each play for about one minute, if you don't want to hear the entire minute you can mute the one that is playing and start the next.

These are the theme songs that are on the web page:

1. andy griffith
2. barney miller
3. boston public
4. hogan's heroes
5. ironsides
6. the jeffersons
7. mary tyler moore
8. night court
9. ny pd blues
10.the odd couple
11.the practice
12.sea hunt
13.seinfeld
14.taxis
15.twightzone
16.dick vandyke
17.the west wing
18.mission impossible
19.i love lucy
20.colombo
21.kemosabe

What about the theme for Leave it to Beaver? That's one of the most recognizable of all.

In initiating this thread I linked to my theme song web page for anyone to listen to the selection. I am anxious to know if anyone has had a problem with loading and playing the songs. All of the audio files come in very well for me. I'm using both XP and Vista with IE7. Please let me know."

Easy Jerry,easy

Here's what I get when I click on your link:

This website wants to run the following add-on: "Windows Media Player" from "Microsoft Corporation". If you trust the website and want the add-on and want to allow it to run, click here X..........

With a bunch of empty boxes with X's in the right hand corner.....

Hi Clayton. I'm trying to get attention to see what experience anyone is having when they connect to my web page. A successful transmission of audio seems to be a problem with some systems/browsers. Generally when the link connection is made an add-on audio apps is offered at the receiver's computer if it isn't already installed. (This is beside the Windows Media Player).

What operating system/browser are you using?

Hi Jerry- I'm not really all that good with computers, so it could be a problem on my end. Everything else seems to work fine for me though.....I have Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2,,,,,and mainly use Internet Explorer- but also have Mozilla Firefox as well (my wife likes to use Mozilla, and I like Internet Explorer). Use Yahoo as my homepage. Hope this helps.

Sincerely, Clayton

Plenty of love for those 2 here. I once saw Eddie Albert at our county fair during the Green Acres heyday.

Original Star Trek and Twilight Zone theme songs could always lure me to the TV screen.
