Default Any opinions on this 1931 Wrestling Ticket?

Hi, guys. Since you were so helpful with the Wrestlemania ticket, I was hoping you could help with this one. Any ideas on value? Looking to sell but don't know where to start. COntact me direct if you want to make an offer.
Thanks in advance,
Tony

No idea on value, but here are the results:

Miami, Florida: Friday, February 27, 1931
(Madison Square Garden Stadium Arena) … World Heavyweight Champion Jim Londos b. Stanislaus Zbyszko (2-0) (Londos won the first fall in 15:40 and the second, with an airplane spin, in 2:10) … Jim McMillen b. Mike Romano (32:10)

This ticket is beautiful. I wouldn't even know where to begin in giving this thing an appraisal.

Wouldn't mind getting my hands on my very own 1967 Topps Wahoo McDaniel #82 Miami Dolphins card. Graded high would be a dream. Of course, probably can't afford it till after the move.
