Default Grade?

I saw this for sale, and then I saw the back. I thought if a card had paper loss on the back it automatically got knocked down to PSA 1.5 or 2. Any thoughts?

Default Seriously??

With the paper loss on the reverse...SGC would not even grade it above a 10. That is pathetic on PSA's part

Well, I was thinking a a SGC 20 based on this baseball card I have, or a PSA 1.5.
