he forgot the As didn't get any runs yesyerday, as well as giving up six. I think the Twins look good, play crisp, and --apparently--have a very noisy stadium.

What's with them getting a new stadium--oh, that was Detroit. I can't imagine playing a baseball (or any other kind of) season in Detroit without a dome! Brrr. Blub.

Now all they have to do is play Annaheim and Seattlle for the rest of the year (gulp).

Joe Morgan really ticks me off. He was talking about how the As had to practice more "small ball," and, for some reason, showed a clip of jeter traversing the diamond to catch an errant ball from the outfield, flip to the catcher who put the tag on Giambi's thigh--last year in the playoffs. It was especially funny since an announcer asked Jeter, at the time, if he practiced that play, and jeter answered, nearly breaking up, "Sure. Every day in practice."

You can't practice physical genius.
