Default Should I go for a bump?

Just got this in with my ebay bucks. Paid 430 in ebay bucks with is way above retail BUT am thinking of trying to get this a PSA bump to 7. Anyone think this could move up? Like what the heck is the difference between a 6.5 and 7?

BVG use to be really harsh on vintage grading them the same they did modern cards. That is why the new BVG doesn't have the subgrades anymore because they modified how they graded vintage. I would say it is a deffinate candidate for a possible bump if you believe those corners are more in line with a PSA 7-8 (Image is too blurry for me to determine).

I never knew about Beckett grading vintage so harsh. Is there a way to tell that this case is an old case. The corners look good to me not Gem Sharp but very nice

I agree if the corners look good I would go for it. I would crack it out however and submit it raw. Sending it in and the current holder is a much longer shot in my opinion.

Agreed; you have an old BVG flip because it lists subgrades for vintage. They got rid of those years ago. Crack it out if you want a fair shot with PSA.
