Default Help Needed - Vintage Find

Hello all,
I have come across some vintage items I am needing your help with. I have met someone who is unloading their father's estate. They collect baseball cards as well, but only modern and they would like to sell the vintage to fund their collection. The graded items are easy, but there are a few pieces that are not graded that are of interest to me. I am not experienced in raw vintage so I would really appreciate
1) Real or fake? (I wouldn't think there are any fakes, but I've been wrong before)
2) Fair value to pay for it raw?
3) Approximate grade?

I only have one scanned so far, but can hopefully get a few more up:

Koufax RC

Actual scans

Default Be Careful

...Be suspicious of any Topps card from the fifties that is centered ; watch out for collections of only "star" players ; too good to be true is usually just that... good luck --it's a jungle out there . wish it weren't...

Very strange coloring...not sure if it is the card or your picture.

I added some actual scans to hopefully aid in peoples opinions. I also added the Rose. Thank you!

I'm certainly not an expert, but I own a 55 Koufax and something just doesn't look right on that one. It could be good, but if I had to guess I would say no.

The Koufax looks like it was artificially aged and something looks strange about the printing on the back. I would not touch it. The Rose looks off as well, but I cannot tell if that is just the scan or what. I am far from an expert on Rose rookies so don't really feel comfortable giving an opinion. I would not purchase either of these and would be wary of any of his other raw cards.

I appreciate all of your help! Sounds like it is not worth the gamble.

Not a problem at all. What is he asking for them? I would be very hesitant, but there are people on here with greater expertise than I have. It is always difficult to tell from a scan, but I look for aging that just does not make sense.

He wants $100 for the koufax.... I think I might just spend my money on something legit... I really want a 1954 Hank Aaron low PSA
