1935 Pittsburgh Crawfords

Does anyone know if there is an original 1935 Crawfords team picture that was given away as a premium or something? I see the image in various sizes on ebay and generally on glossy paper. I ran across a larger format approximately 10" x 16" on a heavy stock non glossy paper. My first instinct was that it was a reproduction and I still lean that way, but if its new, someone did a really good job aging an old frame and backing that it was in. I am confident the dealer I got it from was not the perpetrator if it is a fraud. Anyway just give it too me straight real or fake? Most new copies have an inscription that this one does not have. Thanks.

This image specifically has been showing up aged in old frames at antique malls and flea markets over the last couple of years. This image and a few other images but always with the same MO, aged and in an old frame.

Chances are they didn't age the frame and backing. Much easier to find and repurpose an existing old frame. Plenty of them out there to be had.

I almost bought one just like it awhile ago but found out it was fake. It looked pretty convincing too
