Default Fleer? Baseball Fact Ballpark Cards

What set is this Fenway card from? I have 18 different but can't seem to locate any information. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

These are the packs they came from. The labels are mine based on card showing on back. There are a whole bunch of Fleer baseball related sets between 1964 and 1980. Most well documented on the Fleer Sticker Blog referenced above
