Default FS: James "Ike" Caveney Signed 1932 Zeenut With Coupon PSA/DNA died 1949

For sale is one of the few autographed Zeenut with coupon cards known to exist. I recently purchased four of these and all are now for sale.

This one is James "Ike" Caveney. He played with the Cincinnatiu Reds from 1922-1925 before heading back to the west coast eventually becoming player-manager of the San Francisco Seals. The very year of this card, Vince DiMaggio offered to have his young brother Joe play the final four games of the season with the Seals. Caveney approved, although DiMaggio did not play. Caveney them changed DiMaggio from a shortstop to an outfielder in 1933.

Caveney passed away in 1949. His is a very tough autograph on a single. This may well be the only example of his autograph on a card.

Asking $550 delivered.
