They are really behind and for whatever reason they are not getting the cards logged into their system when they take possession of them.

I had a 10 day order last month. It took 30 days from when they received my order until it was shipped.

They just moved buildings and are overloaded with submissions. That's why the monthly specials the last couple months have been just the bulk specials. Logging time is taking about 10 business days.

Oh, what a difference a year makes.

Will they get "caught up" and things get better?

I just joined in Dec. so far the monthly specials haven't blown my skirt up. What can I expect to see pop up for specials moving forward?

Thanks!

Will they get caught up? Probably. Give it another month or two.

What are the other specials? Usually a couple of months a year, they do a $5.50/card special for 50 or more either from before 1956 or 1956 and after. I hope those aren't gone for good, as a lot of set builders use them for subbing commons/obscure cards that aren't valuable.

Usually they also have a special once a year where you can convert a blue flip card (only autograph authenticated) to a red flip card (card also authenticated/graded) for a cheaper price. I just sent in about 35x 1952 Topps cards to get a blue flip and will transfer them to red flip on a good special so they can be used in the registry set.
