End result - The customer service rep was looking for a loop hole to help us and he found it. We purchased it as a floor model, which they took or word to be true (and it is), the glass would have been out thru inordinate use? This equates to h/p sending us a free printer, to our home free of shipping. We are sending our broke printer directly back with a prepaid label...all at no cost and a 40-minute phone conversation.
Ive learned an important lesson today...whenever I have a problem with ebay, an auction house or particular seller Im letting my wife call them and will go get her a shamrock shake from mickey dees! |
