Default I learned two things today

1. leftover KFC potato wedges make great hashbrowns - just fry up with fresh onions, garlic, and jajapenos.

2. the state of Florida is a haven for internet scam-artists, but their consumer protection department reacts quickly to complaints and will take care of you. I will go to the depths of hell to get my $150 back from an ebay cheat, and I'm not messing with contacting ebay.

Scott, can I use your recipe on my Costa Rica TGI Friday's grand opening menu?

You're all invited to join us, just purchase a flight ticket to San Jose, Costa Rica using expedia.com....
Then you can try Scott's "Jalapeño Hell Hashbrowns", of course, with a good sour cream side... just $7.99!

No Scott, the $.99 aren't yours yet...
