What I can't figure is how the blue jeans fit into the scheme. I guess that's why I'm not a millionaire yet.

Oh Lordy. Should we get a pool going on how long it takes to show up on ebay? lolol - I'll buy a beer someday for the first person that posts the link!

Maybe we should bait this guy. Tell him the t206 might be real, and he should send it in to PSA just to be sure, lol, and that if it comes back 2 or better he should post it in the BST thread for the biggest buck. heehee.

Is that Cheney in the book ad???? Hell no. It took some serious self-control not to hit the "Buy" button, just to see what the heck it is. I almost thought it would be worth $19.

J

The blue jeans will be used for a game-used jeans swatch...

I cant believe this guy just spent $800.00 to try to pull of something that can't possibly fly. $400 for a reprint and $365 for a $25 Heinie. I've spent $25 for Heinie..aaaaaaaaaaa never mind..thats' for another board.

A scared man can't gamble and a jealous man can't work.

It's obvious he's going to wash the jeans to make them look old, then - claim the card was found in a pair of his grandpa's jeans that had been stored in the attic next to his bible. God bless.........

Look at his last three purchases...

1. A wagner t206 reprint.
2. A pair of jeans (to go in the wash with the wagner maybe?)
3. a "how to be a millionaire" publication!

truly priceless!

I think it's rather simple, he'll crack the Heinie Wagner out, insert the Honus replica in and it'll end up for sale somewhere, sometime. We can only hope that it'll just stay in his collection to impress friends....

he bought the book on how to become a millionaire - you would think with his genius we would see him writing the book.

He certainly will have an interesting piece to show come next Christmas! SERIOUSLY!

I was actually thinking of buying it, cracking it open ,installing a fake Wagner and keeping it as a pratical joke kind of item. Once the bidding got over $100.00, it became too expensive.
