Sunnyvale Farms Plaques

I'm a Tom Seaver collector and have had the "1971 Sunnyvale Farms Plaque" on my wantlist for decades. I've never seen a Seaver or any other player from this set. I suspect the set doesn't really exist. Can any of you confirm having seen one of any player? Can you post a scan? If not, I think I'm finally prepared to cross it off my list as being non-existent. Thanks.

They're listed in a Tom Seaver checklist published in Baseball Cards Magazine in 1992. I'm pretty sure I've had it on my checklist for much longer than that, but can't remember where I first saw it listed.

Well, I figured out how the Sunnyvale Farms plaque ended up on my Seaver checklist. It's listed in the Sports Collectors Bible. It was given an ACC designation of F-505. The SCB claims that the set includes only Mets and Yankees players. They included a checklist, but they list the dimensions of the cards / plaques as unknown.

If anyone has seen one of any player, please let me know. Thanks.
