Have you guys seen the collection of T206's in the upcoming October auction? Does anyone know if it is someone's personal collection going on sale? It is quite an extensive, high-grade batch.

Heritage usually has some pretty cool stuff. The have a HUGE civil war auction coming up in December that's already generating alot of buzz.

Perused the Heritage auction earlier today. Very impressed with the T206 offerings. A bounty of 7s and 8s. Someone is definitely liquidating. Not sure who.

It seems like a lot of people are liquidating. There are so many auctions loaded with good stuff right now. Good thing a lot of people are buying too.

Any way you can give us a preview of your upcoming auction? There are a bunch of great auctions in progress (and about to launch; the upcoming Hunt auction has some especially cool stuff), and I'd like to parse my spending--you always have great stuff.

How many people actually go to these auctions in person? Do people actually fly in to attend or is it just local folk who show up?

Most live auctions get modest crowds but the bulk of the heavy bidding takes place over the phones. It saves people a long plane flight and allows them to remain anonymous.
