RARE..yes, but stub? DUMMY, THE GAME WAS NOT PLAYED, IT WOULD BE A FULL TICKET.

PLus, the picture the guy showed is AWESOME.

I mean, he's new, but let's have at least a percentage of a human Brain.

I was at the game on 9/10/2001, and it was against the Red Sox. Clemens was going for his 20th victory that season, but the game was rained out, it was raining horribly!!

I would have to look at the schedule, but I didn't think the White Sox were on the heels of the Red Sox and I thought there was a game breather in between, could be wrong though, as my memory from those next few days were crazy as I was staying in lower Manhattan and viewed the whole thing

Default 9/11 Phantom Tix

I am picturing this person in a room filled with the entire stock of 33,000 phantom tickets from the game that never was, selling one at a time, on ebay for the next 33 years.

The game was played, but on Oct 1 when they made up the week of games that was lost during the stoppage.

They Yankees didn't start scanning tickets until a couple of years later, so it does make sense that it's in stub form, as it was likely used on the re-scheduled date.

If anyone has a few grand in their couch cushions, I'll be glad to dig out my unused tickets from that game.

Thanks Vintage for clearing up the confusion. I didn't even think of that.
