There are a number of different notebook covers out there and I think they are all pretty cool. I don't have one, but I invite you to post yours!

A neat array of notebook covers so far. I have just two but they're good 'uns.

JB: Thought you might like to see this. It's your same Leafs image, slightly colorized and printed on thin paper. Got it from Classic Hockey auctions a few years back. You wouldn't know it by looking at him but Conn Smythe was as tough as any man alive in those days.

Default Notebooks

Always thought this was a great way to pick up vintage stars at a somewhat affordable price. Have a couple but this Jackson is my favorite.

Stars of the Diamond seems to be a pretty popular notebook series during this time. Anybody ever put together a checklist for these?

Man, that Hal Chase notebook is pretty sweet. I bid on the same one in eBay some time ago, but lost it at the end. Still kills me! If it's for sale, let me know. Thanks for sharing.

The guy I bought mine from had several. I should have snapped a pic. I did get his business card though so I'll send him an email tonight.

Default 1920s-30s Baseball Star Notebooks Lew Fonseca

Picked up my first Baseball Star Notebook, picturing Lew Fonseca. There seems to be quite a few different players in this series. Are there any checklists for this or other notebook series?

Here is my Christy Mathewson notebook cover (I think that's what it is based on the thickness and the residue on the top) that I don't think has been listed among any of the "sets" I have seen before. I also know of a Cobb, Marquard, and Joe Wood.

Default Ad for Notebooks

Found this on ebay today. Anyone have these notebooks? The ad dates them to 1915.

Notebook Covers might be the perfect way for me to obtain something of players whose cards I have trouble affording. For the collectors in the thread are there any Ruth, Gehrig or Cobb covers that go under 1K? Thanks
