PSA 10 Commons 1964 Topps

I thought I would run this by the very knowledgeable members of this forum. I have the opportunity to purchase two 1964 Topps PSA 10's for what I think is reasonable price. I do not need these cards but thought I could get them and make a few bucks on resale to purchase cards I am interested in. Dick Stigman PSA 10 and Larry Brown PSA 10. What do you think these cards could sale for on Ebay etc... Your expertise is needed. Thanks.

The only sold listings I found on ebay had very low cost PSA 8's and 9's. Under $10 for the 8's and twenty something for the nine.
However, at CardTarget a PSA 10 Stigman is listed at over $1,200. There are none listed for Brown.

PSA Population Report : Stigman 3 PSA 10's, Brown has 6 PSA 10's that have been graded.

Thanks for the info. I'm relatively new at this and don't want to pull the trigger to quickly and regret it later because I did not think it through. Thanks for the POP reports.
