Default 1959 Bob Giallombardo ???

Can someone please educate me about the variations on 1959 Bob Giallombardo card? Below is link to ebay auction for "No Option" card. What am I looking for? Which variation is most rare? Thanks!

Both cards #316 and 321 are found with and without a statement below the cartoon on the back stating that they were optioned to the minor leagues.

Cards With the Option statement usually sell for about $7 to $8 in NM while
those that DO Not have the Option statement sell for about 10 times this much.
Thet are very hard cards to find especially in nice condition.

Here's a link to all the info on the 1959 set including a picture of card #321 showing the Option statement.
