Default T206 PSA Holder label question #

I am looking at aT206 card and on the label it has a # and next line PSA 4..

i never seen the # sign with T206s

so on the right side is has # and next line right underneath VG-EX 4

like this below:

T206 _________________________ ___ #
Player Name ________________________ VG-EX 4

Is that an early label or something...never seen the # before

A picture would really help to tell from what era the label is from.

Default I'd be more worried...

http://www.psacard.com/Cert/08171546
That the cert verification site lists the card as a Piedmont and this one is a Sweet Cap. May be worth reporting.

"Data entry errors occasionally may occur causing the information on the card holder to differ from the PSA database. If the information listed above appears to be incorrect, please contact customer service at 800-325-1121 or email us at info@psacard.com."

Default wierd

cause if it wasnt a real holder why would they make it look so different..i assume its from an old error with the # by itself but was just wondering if that was standard at some time cause i havent seen any others.

Here is the link to the thread on the MANY DIFFERENT PSA SLABS:
http://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=120512

Perhaps just a #, because the T206 did not have a number???
