Default Please Help, 1952 Mantle, is it authentic?

I am thinking of bidding on the following item. I have contacted the seller, who is very reputable, and have done a lot of homework. Looking for some other opinions on the authenticity of this card, any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Is there any particular reason you think it may not be real?

That's for sure since it sold for $40,760. I wish I had $40k to spend on a card, but then again I'd be happy if I had $40k period! Congratulations if you won!!
