Default 1955 Bowman Salesman Samples

I am working on a post about the Colt .45's and found these in a Colts Broadcast Network binder. I like the ads on the back.

Matt,

Those are neat. I have never seen them before. Thanks for posting.

Great items! Old salesman sample cards have a big collecting base. I think there was an extensive post about them on N54 fairly recently. As I recall, they are worth quite a bit.

Some of the scarcer ones are- '54 and '55 Bowman are very common, unfortunately, and go in the $300 range. Never seen the one with Wynn and Reese, that is really nice.

Thanks. I asked my father if he remembered getting them. He told me picked them up from the same dealer he got the colts binder from and he thinks he paid under $10 of all of it. This was 1983 or 84
