Caps and pinback buttons were, in both cases, purchased separately and then combined.

These Johnny Hero uniforms aren't rare by any stretch but took me a while to find one without an inflated BIN.

I'm eyeballing a couple Yankees and Jets Johnny Hero's on eBay as we speak. I almost got a Yankee for under 50.00, but some sniper grabbed it with 3 seconds left and my cell phone couldn't set itself up in time for me to make a counter bid.

The search continues.

The Mets BIN were always around $50-70, I waited and paid $20 for this one. Be patient, a better deal will come along.

Grabbed a few more older team photos. Really liking this segment.

Not prewar but I got a Maz Golf course Card. I must have played there a hundred times and never kept one of these.

Agree with Jim about the prices.

You need to get your own snipe program. Put in a bid you're comfortable with and let the chips fall where they may.

Nice bunch of pick-ups this month! The Anson Presentation bat is amazing. I recently picked up an interesting Anson item. Here's an excerpt from the Adams County Free Press (94/1909):

"This should not keep anyone away from the big Clarinda fair, as the best base ball names ever played in the state will be played there on next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Humboldt, la., Atohlson, Kan., Superior, Neb., and Clarlnda are the teams. All are high salaried players, the best that money can hire. Capt. A. C. Anson, probably the greatest base balllest the world has ever produced, will umpire all the games. There will be two games each afternoon. A schedule of the games may be found la the large advertisement on the last page of this paper."

Saw a similar image in RMY a while ago, but never pulled the trigger. Glad to find a similar pic of Rickey and Jackie, Jr. 1949.

Picked up two more position pins. I'm specifically trying to assemble a set that have the Dispatch & Pioneer Press ads. Anyone have a First Base, Left Field, Center Field, or Catcher? I actually have a few with different ads I can trade
