Default Additional Help Needed on N162

Posted By: Jon Canfield

Ok OJ experts...sorry for the repeat questions but I'm hoping someone can help me. I received this OJ card in the mail today and I have to admit, I'm no OJ expert by far. I have a few other OJs for comparison but all are encapsulated. I can not tell whether this card is rebacked or not and I obviously would want to get a refund if the card is rebacked (which the seller has agreed to provide). I'd also be more than willing to send the card out to have it quickly looked at if that would be better.

Below are hq scans of the front and back:

Also, any idea what the mark on the back is? I thought possibly scrap book glue but there is no paperloss at all. If it is glue, how much would this hammer a grade? Can it be taken off?

Thanks for the help and please feel free to email me privately if you desire: jon_canfield@hotmail.com
