Default Cards of James Niels Peterson

Posted By: Brad Green

A relative of James Niels Peterson contacted me regarding a 1974 TCMA card of him that I had for sale. He wanted to know if any other cards of Jim Peterson (pre-war or otherwise) exists. Could someone please post of list of the sets that he appears in? A link to Jim's statistics page is below. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have an autograph of Peterson that I would have liked to have shared with his relative, but I'm in the process of moving and everything is packed up.

Hi Brad--

The only card referenced in my Beckett Alphabetical Checklist is a 1990 Dodgers Target card (# 619). Mark

Thanks for your responses! I know that there is also a 1974 TCMA 1929-31 Athletics card of Jim Peterson. I have seen other examples where the Beckett Alphabetical Checklist missed some 1970's oddball cards of certain players. I hope they do a better job of listing the pre-war cards.

Default Cards of James Niels Peterson

Brad,
James Neils Peterson is found with the Portland Beavers in the 1933 Zeenuts Sepia set. It might prove difficult to find an example of his card for the family, but at least there is a pre-war card of him. I see no other pre-war cards of him.

Edited to add: this is another card from the set, at least you can show the family what his card would look kinda like. Also, I believe Andy Cook might be working on this set and might be able to provide a scan.
