Also not an expert but I do have a legit mays and the only way I would think this is good is if he were walking in a hurry not sitting at a show or somewhere similar.

I've never seen one that flat before. Unless there is some effect happening with the photo format, I'd say its no good. I know I wouldn't buy it.
