Default 1939 Centennial of Baseball Collection

As a collector of baseball centennial memorabilia for 40 + years, I have created a website to use as a reference containing my artifacts along with their histories. www.1939baseball.com

I spent some time looking at your site the other day. Fantastic. I've always loved the centennial logos.

What an absolutely beautiful collection! I saw things I never knew existed. Since my area is pins, there are only two items I can add to your list. One is a 1.75" celluloid pinback of your scorer (I think I have it), and the other is a 1.75" celluloid pinback featuring a picture of the baseball centennial postage stamp (I know I don't have it, but it is pictured in the paperback book by Hake and Steckler). Thanks for sharing.

Default Baseball Centennial

Thanks for your visit to the site and kind words. The scorer is Quaker Oats and is in that section, the pin I have but not sure of the date it was made might be recent? The site is 2/3 complete lots of photos to take hope to be done soon. Thanks for your note All The Best Steve

Steve, very nice and informative site. On your Cavalcade of Baseball page, under The Wagners team, I believe Terry Moore should be noted as with the Cardinals, not the Browns.
